The 2025 Daikin Northeast Xchange

Daikin Comfort Technologies Northeast welcomed HVAC professionals from across the region to the 2025 Daikin Northeast Xchange at the Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa in Mystic, Connecticut on Monday, November 10th and Tuesday, November 11th.

The 2025 Xchange provided Daikin and Amana dealers the chance to exchange ideas, insights, and experiences while strengthening their business. A Keynote speech from Daikin Comfort SVP of Marketing and Strategy, Doug Widenmann, set the tone for the day, sharing insights on product innovation and regulatory changes. To kick off the second half of the day, guest speaker and former NFL player, Leonard Wheeler, delivered a dynamic high-energy session on thinking and acting like a growth-minded entrepreneur.

The primary theme of the 2025 Xchange was helping dealers grow their businesses through actionable insights and strategic support. Breakout sessions throughout the day covered topics like leveraging free AI tools to streamline operations, building strong company culture for better retention and maximizing Daikin’s dealer programs such as Amana Advantage and DCP. Attendees also explored new revenue opportunities with connected solutions, simplified rebate processes and strategies for expanding services with ductless and side discharge systems, all designed to enhance customer value and drive growth.

From the welcome reception at the Engine Room to the closing reception banquet featuring dueling pianos by Savage Pianos, the 2025 Xchange gave everyone plenty of chances to connect, share ideas and build lasting relationships.

We want to thank all our participating dealers, vendors and sponsors for attending the 2025 Xchange and supporting Daikin Comfort Technologies Northeast.
