Swinging Into Hope: The 11th Annual Dream Classic at Quaker Ridge

On September 30, 2025, Daikin Comfort Technologies Northeast, Inc. (Daikin Northeast) proudly hosted the 11th Annual Dream Classic at the historic Quaker Ridge Golf Club in Scarsdale, New York. This annual tournament once again brought together Daikin Northeast team members, valued customers, vendors, and friends in support of Make-A-Wish® Metro and Western New York, raising vital funds to grant life-changing wishes for children facing critical illnesses.

Participants teed off on one of Golf Digest’s “100 Greatest Courses in America,” designed by the famed A.W. Tillinghast. With tree-lined fairways, fast greens, and challenging elevation changes, Quaker Ridge delivered a thrilling backdrop for a day filled with competition, camaraderie, and community impact.

Since the first Dream Classic, the generosity of Daikin’s partners and customers has powered the granting of countless wishes. Over $78,000 was raised at this year’s Dream Classic, with over $678,000 raised to date, bringing joy and relief to children and families during some of their most difficult times.

Special thanks to our generous sponsors whose support helped make this year’s Dream Classic a success: Honeywell, BOHN, MARS, Belimo, Bradford White, Chemours, TAFCO, Thermco, Links Drinks, Copeland, Rectorseal, Engineering Equipment Sales, Russell, and Mueller.

The event is about more than golf; it’s about giving kids a chance to dream big. Wishes have included trips to Disney World, visits to the Kennedy Space Center, along with many unforgettable family experiences. Each swing on the course helps make those dreams possible.

As the 11th Annual Dream Classic sets a new benchmark, what remains certain is that every attendee contributed to an extraordinary cause: giving children the chance to feel like kids again, free from the weight of illness, even if just for a moment.
