Skyport can also evaluate the supply air temperature of your customer's HVAC system and send email alerts based on temperature and run-time thresholds.

For example, if the cooling system has been running for 5 minutes and the supply air temperature has not fallen below 55 degrees, there is most likely an issue with the cooling system. Additionally, separate email alerts can be programmed for heating system operation.

One of the more powerful features is Skyport's ability to evaluate excessive compressor runtimes based on customized parameters. For example, if the system records more than 18 hours of compressor run time in a 24-hour period, Skyport will send an email alerting both you and your customer that maintenance on the system may be required.
